Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to reserve certain appointments and will be applied to your service total at checkout.
Deposits help ensure dedicated time is set aside for each client and allow services to be prepared appropriately. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to show up for an appointment, will result in a 25% cancellation fee. This policy allows time to accommodate other clients and respects the time reserved for your service.

All personal information shared — including contact details, health history, and service preferences — is kept confidential and used only to provide safe, appropriate care and to manage appointments. Information is never shared or sold to third parties.
Client records are handled with care and respect in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
